ABOUT ME
With two decades of experience building, leading, and managing teams, along with multiple advanced degrees and certifications including a certificate in Profession Coaching from iPEC, an International Coach Federation (ICF)-accredited coaching training program Parminder incorporates a unique blend of knowledge, training, and professional experience into his coaching practice.
Currently an engineering director at a Fortune 100 company, Parminder leads the product and software development teams responsible for a platform that is available and accessed in more than 180 countries. In addition to bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science, he has earned an executive MBA from Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business, an executive certificate in strategy and innovation from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. A published author—his first book, Microservices and Containers, was recently published by Pearson.
Parminder lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife and three children, and has served as committee chair of the Boy Scout troop he founded in 2013.
